Die Ausschreibung ist in drei Lose aufgeteilt: Los 1: Gestickte Funktionsabzeichen/Achselschlaufen & "OD"-Oberarmpatche Los 2: Gewobene "POLICE"-Oberarmpatche & rechteckige Namensschilder Los 3: Moosgummi/PVC-3D "POLICE"-Oberarmpatche Die Aufteilung erfolgt, da die Produkte sich in Herstellungsart, Material und technischen Anforderungen grundlegend unterscheiden und eine losweise Vergabe den Wettbewerb unter spezialisierten Herstellern fördert. Gegenstand dieses Loses sind Funktionsabzeichen/Achselschlaufen verschiedener Dienstgrade und Funktionen (gestickt, vernäht) sowie runde «OD»-Oberarmpatche (gestickt, mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite). Die Herstellung erfolgt als Stickerei auf Stoff.; Gegenstand dieses Loses sind runde «POLICE»-Oberarmpatche (gewoben, mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite) sowie individualisierte Namensschilder (10 Stück pro Namen, gewoben, mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite).; Gegenstand dieses Loses sind runde «POLICE»-Oberarmpatche aus Moosgummi/PVC-3D mit Klett-Haftpart Rückseite. Die Herstellung erfolgt durch Giessen, Stanzen oder vergleichbarem.
