Description

Entitatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze servicii de comunicații electronice prin încheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioadă de 4 ani, în cadrul căruia se estimează atribuirea a 4 contracte subsecvente. Obiectul acordului-cadru îl constituie furnizarea următoarelor servicii: • Servicii de transport date/voce; • Servicii de telefonie mobilă; • Servicii de internet; • Servicii de telefonie fixă. Pentru asigurarea continuității serviciilor și a funcționării în condiții de siguranță a Sistemului Energetic Național, este obligatorie asigurarea redundanței prin utilizarea unor operatori diferiți, după cum urmează: • Loturile 2 și 3 - serviciul de internet trebuie asigurat redundant; • Loturile 1 și 15 - serviciul de telefonie mobilă trebuie asigurat redundant. Redundanța va fi realizată prin echipamente dedicate distincte, diferite de cele utilizate pentru ruta principală, astfel încât să se elimine riscul de întreruperi în furnizarea serviciilor. Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot transmite in SEAP solicitari de clarificari este cel tarziu in a 18 a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul limita la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare este: cel tarziu in a 11 - a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Servicii transport voce/date si servicii asociate (VPN MPLS), servicii voce/date mobile si date mobile la nivelul SPEEH HIDROELECTRICA - locatiile prevazute in Anexa 1 a Caietului de sarcini nr. 136827.2/19.01.2026. Cantitati minime acord-cadru: 9 legaturi transport, 500 abonamente voce/date mobile, 40 abonamente date. Cantitati maxime: 26 legaturi, 1100 abonamente voce/date, 200 abonamente date. Cantitate estimata/ctr subsecvent: 24 legaturi, 830 abonamente voce/date, 144 abonamente date, 3 ISDN 30. Loturile 1 si 15 trebuie sa fie redundante (operatori diferiti). Disponibilitate minima garantata 99,5% lunar. SLA conform Caietului de sarcini nr. 136827.2/19.01.2026.; Servicii Internet baza (conexiune principala) la nivelul SPEEH HIDROELECTRICA. Cantitati minime: 20 legaturi; maxime: 28 legaturi. Cantitate estimata/ctr subsecvent: 26 legaturi (Anexa 3). Loturile 2 si 3 trebuie sa fie redundante, prin operatori diferiti, cu echipamente dedicate separate. Disponibilitate minima garantata 99,5% lunar.; Servicii Internet backup (conexiune redundanta) la nivelul SPEEH HIDROELECTRICA. Cantitati minime: 17 legaturi; maxime: 23 legaturi. Cantitate estimata/ctr subsecvent: 21 legaturi (Anexa 4). Se solicita dublarea capacitatii garantate fara costuri suplimentare. Loturile 2 si 3 redundante (operatori diferiti).; Servicii de telefonie fixa la nivelul Hidroelectrica. Cantitati minime/maxime: 150-230 linii individuale, 10-23 ISDN-30, 2-18 ISDN-2, 15-30 linii inchiriate, 1-3 SIP-TRUNK. Cantitate estimata/ctr subsecvent: 220 linii individuale, 18 ISDN-30, 4 ISDN-2, 26 linii inchiriate, 1 SIP-TRUNK (Anexa 5).; Servicii transport voce/date (VPN MPLS) pentru SH Bistrita.
