Description

Initierea si derularea procedurii de achizitie se va realiza prin asocierea in comun a mai multor autoritati contractante, conform prevederilor art. 44 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice. Autoritatea contractantă achiziţionează pe bază de acord-cadru, servicii de telefonie mobilă (voce și date) și servicii de internet mobil, pentru toate unitățile M.A.I. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, o singura data, in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificarile solicitate cu 18 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor, precizat la sectiunea I.3) Comunicare din fisa de date. Acord-cadru: Valoare cheltuieli lunare cantităţi minime - 205,48 euro fără TVA (980,89 lei fără TVA); Valoare cheltuieli lunare cantităţi maxime - 210.259,17 euro fără TVA (1.003.693,16 lei fără TVA); Valoare cheltuieli cantităţi minime pentru 38 luni in perioada 2020 - 2023 - 7.808,33 euro fără TVA (37.273,85 lei fără TVA); Valoare cheltuieli cantităţi maxime pentru 38 luni in perioada 2020 - 2023 - 7.989.848,35 euro fără TVA (38.140.340,10 lei fără TVA). Contract subsecvent cu cea mai cu cea mai mare valoare: Valoare cheltuieli pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent - 12 luni- 35.349,35 euro fără TVA (168.743,64 lei fără TVA). Nota: 1. Detalierea tipurilor de abonamente, a minutelor de convorbire, a traficului de date si a cantitatilor acestora se regaseste in Anexa nr. 1 a Caietului de sarcini; 2. Autoritatea contractanta nu are obligatia de a achizitiona servicii astfel incat sa acopere cantitatea maxima si/sau valoarea maxima a acordului-cadru.
