Incheiere acorduri-cadru pentru societatile din cadrul Grupului PPC ( RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA, PPC ENERGIE , PPC RENEWABLES ROMANIA, PPC - PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION ROMANIA , PPC Advanced Energy Services Romania SRL, si PPC Blue Romania SRL) pentru servicii de telefonie mobila si transmisii date , care cuprinde urmatoarele categorii de servicii: 1.servicii de telefonie mobila (inclusiv date mobile), 2.telefonie fixa (conexiuni principale main si conexiuni backup), 3.servicii de comunicatii pentru Call Center (Telverde), 4.SMS Gateway, 5.Fax to Email. Pe fiecare lot, cantitatile estimate sunt prezentate in Anexa 7-Centralizator de preturi si reprezinta : 1.Estimări ale cantităţilor minime şi maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru Cantitati estimate minime acord-cadru = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni Cantitati estimate maxime acord-cadru = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 36 luni 2.Estimari ale cantităţilor minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru: Cantitati estimate minime contract subsecvent =Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 1 luna Cantitati estimate maxime contract subsecvent =Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni 3.Estimarea valorii minime si maxime totale ale acordurilor-cadru: Valoare estimata minima acord cadru = 11.589.837,28 RON , fara TVA Valoare estimata maxima acord cadru = 33.857.771,85 RON , fara TVA\ 4.Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: Lot 1-Main : PPC ENERGIE (PPE) = 6.175.800,72 RON, fara TVA Lot 2-Backup= RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA = 123.630,48 RON, fara TVA 5.Valoarea estimata a contractelor subsecvente atribuite in acelasi timp, aferenta unei perioade de 12 luni : Lot 1-Main = 11.446.880,56 RON, fara TVA Lot 2-Backup = 142.956,72 RON, fara TVA Valoarea estimata nu reprezinta o obligatie pentru Achizitor, facturile vor fi emise pe baza consumului real, in acord cu necesitatile de business . Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a candidaturilor/ofertelor : 19 zile Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi , inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea candidaturilor/ofertelor, conform art.173 alin.(1) din Legea 99/2016, cu modificarile ulterioare. servicii de telefonie si de transmisii date asigurate prin serviciile principale/MAIN ; cantitate estimata minima acord cadru = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni ; cantitate estimata maxima acord cadru = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 36 luni ; cantitate estimata cel mai mare contract subsecvent = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni; servicii de telefonie si de transmisii date asigurate prin serviciile Backup; cantitate estimata minima acord cadru = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni ; cantitate estimata maxima acord cadru = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 36 luni ; cantitate estimata cel mai mare contract subsecvent = Volum servicii estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni
