Obiectul contractului il reprezinta realizarea lucrarilor de : Retehnologizare C.H.E. Gogoșu, care includ in principal: - Modernizarea turbinei hidraulice; - Modernizarea generatorului; - Modernizarea sistemelor electrice si de comanda; - Modernizarea instalatiilor auxiliare; - Implementarea sistemelor SCADA; - Punerea in functiune a echipamentelor modernizate. CHE Gogoșu face parte din Sistemul Hidroenergetic şi de Navigație Porțile de Fier II. Centrala hidroelectrică Gogoșu a fost pusă în funcțiune în perioada 1993-1994, dar soluțiile tehnologice adoptate din cauza condițiilor din acea perioadă, sunt la nivelul anilor ’80 (păstrând concepția deja aplicată la CHE Porțile de Fier II) și prin urmare, echipamentele și instalațiile erau deja uzate moral la data punerii lor în funcțiune. Retehnologizarea centralei suplimentare române (CHE Gogoșu) este impusă și de retehnologizarea CHE Porțile de Fier I și CHE Porțile de Fier II având în vedere integrarea lor într-un sistem unitar de comandă, automatizare și control (dispecer de cascadă). În cadrul operației de retehnologizare (înlocuire) a Hidroagregatului și Instalațiilor Auxiliare Hidroagregat, sunt prevăzute următoarele activități principale (fiind valabile pentru cele două hidroagregate și centrală): 1. Turbina hidraulică KOT 28 - 7,45 - Rotor turbină (butuc, mecanisme, palete): înlocuire rotor turbină după reproiectare; se va păstra geometria actuală a camerei rotorului, butucului și ogivei; parametri turbinei / agregatului vor fi conform Acordului cu partea sârbă (același cu turbinele modernizate de la PF2) - Camera rotorică: înlocuire cu cameră rotorică din inox, atât partea superioară (neînglobată) cât și partea inferioară (înglobată în prezent) 2. Sistem de reglaj turbină - Regulatorul de viteză: înlocuire completă - Grupul de ulei sub presiune: înlocuire completă inclusiv sisteme de pompare, sertare, trasee de țeava; reabilitare rezervoare GUP pe poziție (control NDT, reparații locale, curățire și protecție anticorozivă la exterior) 3. Echipamente și instalații auxiliare ale hidroagregatului (parte mecanică - turbină) - Înlocuire integrală cu excepția rezervoarelor de ungere care se vor reabilita 4. Generator - Înlocuire generator.Generatorul va fi prevăzut cu sistem de excitație statică complet nou 5. Instalații auxiliare generator - Înlocuire 6. Instalații Auxiliare ale Blocului și Centralei - Înlocuire integrală cu excepția construcției metalice aferentă vanei plane, rezervoarele gospodăriei de ulei, rezervoarele instalației de aer comprimat, care se vor reabilita Ca urmare a aprobării obiectivului de investiții Departamentul Proiectare a elaborat Documentația tehnico-economică pentru achiziția lucrărilor de retehnologizare, aceasta fiind avizată în CTE HE cu Avizul CTE nr. 212/2025.
