Acord cadru avand ca obiect "Servicii Transmisii date ” , cu Lot 1 - Main si Lot 2 - Backup, pentru societatile din cadrul Grupului PPC Romania : 1. Retele Electrice Romania S.A, cu Regiunile Operationale Muntenia Banat si Dobrogea ; 2. PPC ENERGIE ; 3. PPC RENEWABLES ROMANIA ; 4. PPC - PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION ROMANIA Achizitia consta in servicii stabile si securizate de transmisii de date pentru asigurarea conectivitatii intre diferitele locatii ale beneficiarilor, precum si servicii de internet si CaTV : -Transmisii date fixe (conectivitate fibra optica inclusiv dark FO, radio, sau altele in functie de caz, in aceasta ordine de preferinte) ; -Transmisii date prin retea satelitara ; -Internet ; -Servicii pachete TV ; -Platforme gestionare servicii Pe fiecare lot, cantitatile estimate minime si maxime ale acordului cadru reprezinta : Cantitatile estimate minime ale acordului-cadru = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni Cantitatile estimate maxime ale acordului-cadru = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 60 luni Pe fiecare lot, cantităţile estimate minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru reprezinta : Cantitatile estimate minime ale contractului subsecvent =Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 1 luna Cantitatile estimate maxime ale contractului subsecvent =Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru = Lot 1-Main :RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA - Regiunea Operationala Dobrogea =1.389.217,93 RON Lot 2-Backup= RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA - Regiunea Operationala Dobrogea =164.177,94 RON Valoarea maximă anticipată a contractelor subsecvente ce urmează să se execute în acelaşi timp : Lot 1-Main = 4.311.895,02 RON Lot 2-Backup = 716.646,36 RON Estimarea valorii maxime a acordului-cadru: Lot 1-Main = 20.980.144,98 RON Lot 2-Backup = 4.085.349,84 RON Pe fiecare lot, durata fiecarui contract subsecvent se va stabili in functie de nevoile Achizitorului, iar primul contract subsecvent va avea o durata de 12 luni.Frecvenţa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: 12 luni. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi , inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea solicitarilor de participare, conform art.173 alin.(1) din Legea 99/2016, cu modificarile ulterioare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare/ofertelor : 19 zile. Serviciil de transmisii date, asigurate prin serviciile principale/MAIN cantitate estimata minima acord cadru = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni ; cantitate estimata maxima acord cadru = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 36 luni ; cantitate estimata cel mai mare contract subsecvent = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni; Servicii de transmisii date, asigurate prin serviciile rezerva/BACKUP cantitate estimata minima acord cadru = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni ; cantitate estimata maxima acord cadru = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 36 luni ; cantitate estimata cel mai mare contract subsecvent = Volum trafic estimat pentru o perioada de 12 luni
