Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile (înainte dedata limită de depunere a ofertelor).Entitatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice operator are dreptul de a solicita clarificări privind documentația. În măsura în care clarificările sunt solicitate în timp util, entitatatea contractantă va transmite răspuns.
