Acordul cadru are ca obiect prestarea Serviciilor de întreţinere şi curăţenie. Tipul de contract propus este acord cadru de prestări servicii, cu valabilitate de la data de 11.01.2027 şi până la data de 31.12.2030, iar implementarea acestuia va consta în prestarea serviciilor, în baza contractelor subsecvente încheiate, precum şi plata acestora. Obiectul îl constituie achiziționarea serviciilor de întreţinere şi curăţenie prin asigurarea curăţeniei, păstrarea igienei şi salubrizarea birourilor, a holurilor, a scărilor, salilor de sedinte/conferinte, sali de mese, grupurilor sanitare, spatiilor de producţie, depozitelor, anexelor, precum şi a perimetrului exterior imobilelor, cai de acces în curtea interioară, parcările exterioare. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor siplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 18. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP :http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 1.300.000,00 lei, exclusiv T.V.A. Calendarul estimativ de încheiere al contractelor subsecvente este următorul: - contract subsecvent nr. 1 - în perioada 11.01.2027 - 31.12.2027; - contract subsecvent nr. 2 - în perioada 01.01.2028 - 31.12.2028; - contract subsecvent nr. 3 - în perioada 01.01.2029 - 31.12.2029; - contract subsecvent nr. 4 - în perioada 01.01.2030 - 31.12.2030.
