Servicii de curățenie și întreținere spații interioare și exterioare aparținând MEDAT Termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achiziție publică are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de 18 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă stabilește ca termenul limită în care va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informații suplimentare este în a 11 a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Servicii de curăţenie și întreținere spații interioare și exterioare aparținând MEDAT Valoarea estimată maximă a contractului: 1.499.999,76 lei fără TVA din care: - valoarea estimată pentru anul 2026 (max 8 luni) - 999.999,84 lei fără TVA, - valoarea estimată pentru anul 2027 (4 luni) - 499.999,92 lei fără TVA. Valoarea estimată maximă include și valoarea posibilei prelungiri a contractului în condițiile prevăzute la art. 165 din anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 395/2016 pentru aprobarea normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractului/acordului-cadru din Legea 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
