Servicii de curăţenie, cod CPV 90910000-9, conform caietului de sarcini (manopera şi materiale de curăţenie) în Sediile ANRE din str. Constantin Nacu nr. 3, sector 2, Bucureşti, Şos. Cotroceni nr. 4, sector 6, București şi în Inspecțiile Teritoriale de la adresele menţionate în caietul de sarcini de la adresele menţionate în caietul de sarcini. Valoarea minim estimată a achiziției pentru serviciile de curățenie este: 784.244,32 lei, fără TVA pentru perioada (01.05.2025-31.12.2025) și se compune din contravaloarea estimată, lunară a prestării de servicii de curăţenie (manoperă) și din valoarea estimata a materialelor de curățenie solicitate conform caietului de sarcini, adică (98.030,54 lei, fără TVA/lună x 8 luni). Valoarea maxim estimată a achiziției pentru serviciile de curățenie este: 1.176.366,48 lei, fără TVA pentru perioada (01.05.2025-30.04.2026) se compune din contravaloarea estimată, lunară a prestării de servicii de curăţenie (manoperă) și din valoarea estimata a materialelor de curățenie solicitate conform caietului de sarcini, adică (98.030,54 lei, fără TVA/lună x 12 luni). Obiectivul general la care contribuie realizarea serviciilor îl constituie asigurarea curăţeniei în sediile administrative unde ANRE îşi desfăşoară activitatea în vederea ducerii la îndeplinire a atribuţiilor specifice în condiţii de igienă, conform caietului de sarcini Serviciile specializate de curăţenie vor fi prestate în locaţiile ANRE, situate la următoarele adrese: 1. Str. Constantin Nacu nr. 3, sector 2, Bucureşti- sediul central; 2. Şoseaua Cotroceni nr. 4, sector 6, Bucureşti; 3. Str. Străpungere Silvestru nr. 9, bloc C 3, sc.
