Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11a zi inainte de data limita stabilita de depunere a ofertei. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Conform obligatiei prevazuta la art.165 alin (1) lit.b din HG395/2006 suplimentarea cantitatilor de servicii este conditionata de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie.
