Description

În urma derulării procedurii de achiziție publică se va încheia un contract de furnizare carburanți cu o valoare estimată intre 473.584,34 lei, fără TVA, pana la 31.12.2026, și 840.000 lei, fără TVA, în condițiile in care se va încheia un act adițional la contract pentru o perioadă de maximum 4 luni, conform art. 165, alin. (1) din HG nr. 395/2016. Valoarea estimată minimă de 473.584,34 lei, fără TVA, reprezintă valoarea în funcție de care se vor elabora și evalua ofertele, iar valoarea maximă de 840.000 de lei, fără TVA, reprezintă valoarea estimată globală, ce cuprinde și valoarea suplimentărilor, daca va fi cazul. Se estimează achiziționarea următoarelor cantități de carburant lunar: AN TIP CARBURANT CANTITATE LUNARĂ ESTIMATĂ A FI ACHIZIȚIONATĂ 2025 Benzină fără plumb - Euro 5 2.500 litri Motorina - Euro 5 8.217,5 litri Gaz petrolier lichefiat (GPL) 800 litri Valoarea estimata pentru achizitia de carburanti este 533.333 lei, fara TVA, si reprezinta valoarea in functie de care se vor elabora si evalua ofertele, iar valoarea maxima va fi de 800.000 lei, fara TVA, si reprezinta valoarea estimata globala ce cuprinde si valoarea suplimentarilor, daca va fi cazul.
