Obiectul Contractului constă în achiziția de echipamente medicale, în conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini și ale legislației în domeniu, pe următoarele loturi: LOT 1: Echipamente medicale pentru diagnostic și imagistică ecografică cardiovasculară LOT 2: Echipamente medicale pentru monitorizarea și susținerea funcțiilor vitale ale pacientului critic LOT 3: Echipamente și mobilier medical pentru îngrijirea, mobilizarea și transferul pacienților LOT 4: Echipamente medicale pentru diagnostic rapid și analize de laborator de tip Point-of-Care (POC) Orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificări numai prin intermediul SEAP, semnate cu semnătură electronică extinsă. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde la solicitările de clarificări cu 20 și 11 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor în anunțul de participare. Autoritatea contractantă urmează să nu dea curs solicitărilor adresate prin altă metodă de comunicare sau alt termen decât cel stabilit. Furnizare și servicii conexe aferente (conform caiet sarcini) pentru următoarele echipamente: - Ecocardiograf 4D de înaltă performanță - 1 buc. - Ecocardiograf pentru efectuarea ecografiei transesofagiene - 1 buc. - Ecograf Ultraportabil - 1 buc.; Furnizare și servicii conexe aferente (conform caiet sarcini) pentru următoarele echipamente: - Stație telemetrie cu 10 dispozitive portabile pentru pacienți - 1 buc. - Ventilator de transport - 1 buc. - Aparat Oxigenoterapie cu flux înalt NF - 1 buc. - Aspirator secreții - 1 buc.; Furnizare și servicii conexe aferente (conform caiet sarcini) pentru următoarele echipamente: - Noptieră pat - 10 buc. - Troliu/Cărucior medical cu 2 sertare - 4 buc. - Targă hidraulică pentru urgență bariatrică/ tratament pacient X RAY și CPR - 1 buc. - Targă electrică pentru transfer pacienți - 1 buc.; Furnizare și servicii conexe aferente (conform caiet sarcini) pentru următoarele echipamente: - Echipament de tip POINT OF CARE pentru evaluarea rapidă a hemostazei - 1 buc. - Aparat pentru diagnoastic molecular (identificarea rapidă a microorganismelor patogene și detecția genelor de rezistență) - 1 buc. - Analizor de imunologie tip POC - 1 buc. - Aparat automat de monitorizare a coagulării tip Poin-Of-Care - 1 buc.
