Achiziție Valve pulmonare, conform Caietului de sarcini; Achiziția este împărțită pe 2 loturi; Procedura se va finaliza cu încheierea de acorduri cadru pentru fiecare lot în parte, cu maxim 3 operatori economici pe o perioadă de 48 luni; ------------ În urma incheierii acordului cadru, autoritatea contractanta estimeaza ca va incheia contracte subsecvente (CS) pe 6 luni sau pe orice perioada acoperita de disponibil financiar, in functie de necesitati si fondurile disponibile; Nivelul minim si maxim estimat al cantitatilor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate prin acordul cadru si prin contractele subsecvente este prevazut in Caietul de sarcini - Anexa B - Informații privind loturile; Contractele subsecvente (CS) urmeaza sa se atribuie fără reluarea competitiei; ---------- Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18; Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor; NOTA: Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit; Achiziție Valva pulmonara autoexpandabila transcateter, conform caietului de sarcini.; Achiziție Valva pulmonara transcateter expandabila pe balon, conform caietului de sarcini.
