Prezenta procedura se desfășoară in cadrul si in scopul implementării proiectului ,,IMPLEMENTAREA SISTEMULUI INFORMATIC INTEGRAT PENTRU DIGITALIZAREA ACTIVITĂȚII SPITALULUI CLINIC CĂI FERATE ORADEA” Finanțarea este asigurată prin PLANUL NAȚIONAL DE REDRESARE ȘI REZILIENȚĂ, Componenta C7 - Transformare digitală, I3. Realizarea sistemului de eHealth și telemedicină; Investiția specifică: I3.3 - Investiții în sistemele informatice și în infrastructura digitală a unităților sanitare publice; COD APEL MS-733, în baza Acordului de parteneriat nr. 26321 din data de 26.07.2023 încheiat cu Ministerul Transporturilor și Infrastructurii. Implementarea proiectului va conduce la îndeplinirea tuturor celor 3 componente finanțabile, respectiv: Componenta 1 - Îmbunătățirea rețelelor de comunicații Componenta 2 - Implementarea si/sau îmbunătățirea software-lui clinic si a interoperabilității Componenta 3 - Implementarea si/sau îmbunătățirea software-ului non-clinic si a interoperabilității Concret, achiziția vizează furnizarea de echipamente digitale pentru Spitalul Clinic Căi Ferate Oradea și activități de instalare, punere în funcțiune și service în perioada de garanție a acestora. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
