Obiectul achiziției îl constituie furnizarea și implementarea unei soluții integrate pentru upgrade-ul infrastructurii de comunicații LAN-WAN a Administrației Naționale de Meteorologie, incluzând: 2 echipamente firewall pentru sediul central, 6 echipamente firewall pentru sediile regionale, 2 upgrade-uri software/suport pentru soluția centralizată Firewall Management Center (FMC), 20 licențe WAN la nivelul de 250 Mbps, 2 licențe WAN la nivelul de 10 Gbps, 2 licențe DCN, precum și activitățile accesorii de livrare, instalare, configurare, migrare, testare, punere în funcțiune, documentare, instruire și suport, conform Caietului de sarcini. Echipamentele furnizate vor fi noi, originale și neutilizate anterior. Cerințele tehnice, de compatibilitate, interoperabilitate, garanție și suport sunt cele prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini. Orice referire la o marcă, producător, tip, origine, brevet sau procedeu specific se interpretează împreună cu mențiunea „sau echivalent”, în condițiile legii, cu respectarea cerințelor de compatibilitate și interoperabilitate cu infrastructura existentă a ANM. Prețul ofertat va include toate costurile necesare îndeplinirii integrale a obligațiilor contractuale, inclusiv transport, instalare, configurare, migrare, testare, punere în funcțiune, documentare, instruire, garanție și suport. Necesarul estimat cuprinde: - 2 echipamente firewall pentru sediul central (HQ); - 6 echipamente firewall pentru sediile regionale; - 2 upgrade-uri software/suport pentru soluția centralizată Firewall Management Center (FMC), cu suport software pentru minimum 12 luni; - 20 licențe WAN de tip subscripție pentru nivelul de 250 Mbps, pe o perioadă de minimum 3 ani; - 2 licențe WAN de tip subscripție pentru nivelul de 10 Gbps, pe o perioadă de minimum 3 ani; - 2 licențe DCN, pe o perioadă de minimum 1 an; - activități accesorii de livrare, instalare, configurare, migrare, testare, punere în funcțiune, documentare, instruire, garanție, mentenanță și suport, potrivit Caietului de sarcini. Termenul maxim de livrare a echipamentelor este de 60 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a contractului. Testele de acceptanță trebuie finalizate în maximum 30 de zile de la instalarea echipamentelor firewall și a licențelor prevăzute în Tabelul nr. 2 din Caietul de sarcini, termenul ofertat fiind factor de evaluare P3. Cerințele tehnice detaliate, inclusiv cele privind compatibilitatea cu infrastructura existentă, garanția, suportul, instruirea și documentația tehnică, sunt prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini.
