Reconstruction of the Reewal road

The municipality of Bodegraven-Reeuwijk is procuring the reconstruction of the Reewal in Reeuwijk-Dorp. The road has subsided in several locations due to soft ground and intensive use, creating unsafe traffic conditions and water nuisance. The works include raising and rebuilding the road using lightweight fill material to limit future subsidence, with the aim of a future-proof and safe main access road. The contract is awarded under the UAV-GC contract form and covers both the design and the execution of the works. Small businesses able to carry out road reconstruction works may bid.
