PSHVA-0038-2026 Jäännösvirtsamittarin hankinta Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue hankkii jäännösvirtsamittarin virtsarakon tilavuuden ja virtsaamisen jälkeen rakkoon jäävän jäännösvirtsan ei-invasiiviseen mittaamiseen. Hankinnan tavoitteena on tukea potilaiden tutkimusta ja hoitoa sekä vähentää tarpeettomia katetrointeja. Hankittavan laitteen tulee soveltua terveydenhuollon ammattikäyttöön ja sisältää käyttöön tarvittavat ohjelmistot, varusteet, käyttöönottokoulutuksen ja dokumentaation. Laitetta käytetään erityisesti sädehoidossa lantion alueen ja eturauhasen sädehoitoa saavien potilaiden rakon täyttöasteen arviointiin sekä urologisten, gastroenterologisten, gynekologisten, synnyttäneiden ja anestesiapotilaiden hoidossa. Laitteen tulee soveltua monipuoliseen kliiniseen käyttöön, olla helppokäyttöinen, nopeasti mittaava ja helposti siirreltävissä eri työpisteiden välillä.,
