Porvoon kaupunginkirjaston palautusautomaatin hankinta Hankinnan kohteena on Porvoon pääkirjaston (Papinkatu 20, 06100 Porvoo) ensimmäiseen kerrokseen toimitettava lajitteleva palautusautomaatti laitteineen, ohjelmistoineen ja ylläpitosopimuksineen. Kaupunki hankkii palautusautomaatin omaksi ostettuna, ja lisäksi hankinnan kohteena on lajittelevaan palautusautomaattiin liittyvät jatkuvat palvelut sekä automaatin huolto- ja ylläpitopalvelut tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tarjouspyynnössä esitellään rakennuspiirustuksissa palautusautomaatille varattu alue sekä valokuvia nykyisestä palautusautomaatista ja sen sijoittelusta. Hankinnan alustava aikataulu on seuraava: hankintasopimuksen allekirjoittaminen ja laitteen tilaaminen viikolla 44, laitteen toimitus ja asennus vuoden 2026 puolella, laitteen käyttökoulutus ja koekäyttö viikoilla 1-3 vuonna 2027. Tarjoajalta pyydetään tarjouksia kahdesta vaihtoehtoisesta automaattimallista (A ja B), joita molempia on tarjottava sekä sähköisillä (A1 sekä B1) että manuaalisilla palautusvaunuilla (A2 sekä B2). Molemmista malleista on annettava tarjous sekä sähköisillä että manuaalisilla palautusvaunuilla. Tilaaja päättää, minkä vaihtoehdon se valitsee. PALAUTUSAUTOMAATTI A. Kuuteen laatikkoon lajitteleva palautusautomaatti, joka lajittelee yhteen suuntaan. Tässä vaihtoehdossa automaatti sijoitetaan lähelle portaikon alla olevaa seinää (samalla tavalla kuin nykyinen automaatti, katso kuva liitteenä). Tässä vaihtoehdossa on kaksi syöttöluukkua, joista toiseen pääsee syöttämään kirjoja kirjaston tuulikaapista (luukun korkeus lattiasta 100 cm) ja toinen syöttöluukku on kirjastosalissa. Kirjastosalin luukun tulee olla vähintään 80 cm korkeudella ja siinä tulee huomioida esteetön saavutettavuus. Aukkojen kautta pitää pystyä palauttamaan kirjastoaineistoa, jonka koko vaihtelee (minimi 100 mm pitkä x 100 mm leveä x 2 mm paksu tai maksimina 430 mm pitkä x 400 mm leveä x 100 mm paksu). Kirjaston tuulikaapissa aineisto palautetaan seinään tehdyn aukon läpi. Kirjastosalin puolella automaatin palautusluukun ympärille rakennetaan etupaneeli. Etupaneelista sovitaan tarkemmin kilpailutuksen voittajan kanssa. PALAUTUSAUTOMAATTI B. Kuuteen laatikkoon lajitteleva palautusautomaatti, joka lajittelee kahteen suuntaan. Tämä automaatti sijoitetaan aika keskelle rakennuspiirustuksessa osoitettua tilaa, niin että syöttöluukku on kirjaston asiakaspalvelupisteen suuntaan. Syöttöluukun korkeus lattiasta tulee olla vähintään 80 cm korkeudella ja siinä tulee huomioida esteetön saavutettavuus.
