Urakassa on yksi välitavoite: Silta on oltava liikennöitävissä viimeistään 10.8.2026 (klo 0:01) molempiin ajosuuntiin (ml.joukkoliikenne ja kevytliikenne).Tarjousten vertailuperusteet on esitetty hankinta-asiakirjoissa.Urakassa on otettava erityisesti huomioon kevyt liikenne, joukkoliikenne ja niiden vaatimat liikennejärjestelyt. Väliaikainen liikenneliikennejärjestelyineen on urakoitsijan vastuulla urakka- aikana.
