Description

Tarjouspyyntö perustui Hansel Oy:n perustamaan dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään ''Konesali-infrastruktuurilaitteet 2021-2026 (DPS)''. Erillisverkot pyysi tarjousta palvelimista tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena oli 5 palvelinta käyttöönottovalmiina. Hankinnan kohteena olevien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tämä hankinta on kertahankinta. Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus 5 kpl. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 30.9.2026 saakka, ellei sitä aiemmin keskeytetä. Hankintasopimukset tulee tehdä ennen dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän päättymistä. Hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa enintään 30.9.2028 asti. Edellä mainitusta poiketen hankintasopimus on muilta osin voimassa niin kauan kuin sen perusteella hankittuihin tuotteisiin hankitaan tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena olevia palveluita (esim. huolto- ja ylläpitopalvelut). Hankintasopimukseen sovelletaan tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ehtoja hankintasopimuksen päättymiseen saakka.
