Porin sisäliikunta- ja tapahtumatilahanke: tarveselvitys- ja hankesuunnitelmavaiheen konsulttikumppanin hankinta Porin kaupunginvaltuusto on 15.6.2026 §104 mukaisesti päättänyt käynnistää sisäliikunta- ja tapahtumatilahankkeen, jossa tilat toteutetaan entisen Porin linja-autoaseman tonttikokonaisuuteen sisältäen pysäköintimahdollisuuksien selvittämisen sekä todennäköisen toteuttamisen. Rakennushankkeen valmistelun edistämiseksi Porin kaupungin teknisen toimialan rakennuttamisyksikön hankeohjaus kilpailuttaa kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävänä julkisena hankintana hankkeen tarveselvitys- ja hankesuunnitelmavaiheen kumppanin hankinnan. Hankinnan tavoitteena on löytää konsulttikumppani, joka toimii tarveselvitys- ja hankesuunnitelmavaiheiden ajan asiakirjojen laatijana ja sisällön tuottajana, koostajana ja osallistamisen fasilitoijana Porin kaupungin henkilöstön ja luottamushenkilöiden tukena tarjoten merkittävää lisäarvoa hankkeen edistämiseksi osaamisellaan ja kokemuksellaan. Kumppanin tehtäviin kuuluu myös entisen linja-autoaseman rakennushistoriallisen selvityksen laadinta. Tarjoaja esittää tarjouksessaan projektitiimi/-ryhmittymä, joka voi olla yhden tai useamman yrityksen muodostama kokonaisuus. Hankintayksikkö tekee sopimuksen tarjoajan kanssa, joka johtaa ja vastaa projektitiiminsä toiminnasta kaikkinensa tilaajan suuntaan. Tarveselvityksen laadintaan varataan 6 kuukautta ja hankesuunnitelman laadintaan 12 kuukautta työaikaa sisältäen kaiken osallistamisen sekä päätöksenteon. Toimeksianto tulee kyetä suorittamaan tässä aikataulussa, mikä tulee huomioida tarjoajan projektitiimin nimeämisessä.,
