Finland - Architectural, engineering and design services - Framework agreement for HVAC design

The University of Helsinki is procuring HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing) design services for minor renovation and alteration works of its university buildings. The procurement covers HVAC design assignments to be carried out in separately defined building projects within the University of Helsinki group (including its foundations, HY Properties Ltd, KOy Biomedicum Helsinki and their real estate and subsidiary companies). Based on participation applications, 5 to 10 companies will be invited to tender, and a framework agreement will be concluded with 3 to 8 providers. Orders below the national threshold are placed at the buyer's discretion, while orders above it are subject to a mini-competition among framework partners.
