Finland - Architectural, engineering and design services - Framework arrangement for structural design

The University of Helsinki is procuring structural design services for small renovation and alteration works of university buildings. The procurement covers structural design tasks to be carried out in separately specified construction projects within the University of Helsinki group (University of Helsinki, its funds, Helsinki University Properties Ltd, KOy Biomedicum Helsinki and their property and subsidiary companies) during the framework agreement period. Based on participation requests, 5 to 10 companies will be invited to tender, and a framework agreement will be concluded with 3 to 8 operators. Individual assignments will be commissioned later; orders below the national threshold are placed at the contracting authority's discretion, while orders exceeding it are subject to mini-competition among framework partners.
