Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie realizacji usługi tłumaczenia symultanicznego szeptanego, tłumaczenia symultanicznego przy wykorzystaniu wewnętrznego mechanizmu platformy do organizacji konferencji w trybie online oraz tłumaczenia pisemnego z j. polskiego na wskazany j. obcy i odwrotnie. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, obejmuje poniżej wymieniony zakres: a. tłumaczenie symultaniczne dwu webinarów (Forów Rozwoju Lokalnego) z j. polskiego na j. angielski i odwrotnie (2 tłumaczy) przy wykorzystaniu wewnętrznego mechanizmu danej platformy do organizacji konferencji w trybie online, udostępnionej przez Zamawiającego - łącznie 2 bloki tłumaczeniowe, po jednym w każdym z dni; b. tłumaczenie symultaniczne szeptane z j. polskiego na:  j. angielski i odwrotnie (2 tłumaczy),  j. francuski i odwrotnie (2 tłumaczy),  j. niemiecki i odwrotnie (2 tłumaczy), każdorazowo 2 języki w kombinacji wskazanej przez zamawiającego, podczas spotkań Sieci Wymiany Doświadczeń (forma warsztatowa wydarzenia) w Polsce w Warszawie w dniach 27-28 października 2026, łącznie 3 (trzy) razy po 3 bloki tłumaczeniowe, w tym: zapewnienie przenośnych urządzeń do tłumaczenia szeptanego (nadajnik + odbiornik każdorazowo dla średnio 25 osób); c. Tłumaczenie pisemne z j. polskiego na j. angielski i odwrotnie, z j. polskiego na j. niemiecki i odwrotnie, z j. polskiego na j. francuski i odwrotnie, dokumentów wypracowanych w ramach projektu, z czego do celów przygotowania oferty cenowej prosimy przyjąć, że szacowana liczba stron obejmie 2 stron tłumaczonych w trybie „zwykłym” i 50 stron w trybie „ekspresowym”. Na etapie ogłaszania zamówienia Zamawiający nie jest wstanie określić szacowanej liczby stron w danym języku.
