Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa - sprzątanie, czyli wykonywanie wszystkich czynności związanych z utrzymaniem czystości, Centrum Rekreacyjnego Spartan przy ul. Spiskiej 1 we Wrocławiu (fitness i siłownia, korty tenisowe, lodowisko). Obowiązkiem utrzymania czystości objęte będą następujące obiekty: a) Fitness i siłownia: - Sala Cardio i ćwiczeń siłowych - 350m ² - sala fitness - 100m² - sala spinning - 65m² - klatki schodowe, hole, ciągi komunikacyjne - 100m² (część siłowni i fitness) - pawilon odnowy biologicznej - 100 m² (w tym łaźnia parowa, sauna sucha, szatnie, natryski, pokój wypoczynkowy), 150m² glazury na ścianach, 5m² luster, 5 okien o pow. 5m²) - toalety + natryski (węzeł damski - 15m², węzeł męski - 48m²), - pomieszczenia szatniowe (damskie - 50m², męskie - 55m²) - pomieszczenia pracownicze - 40m² (szatnia pracownicza z toaletą dla niepełnosprawnych, pomieszczenie socjalne, biuro kierownika) b) Korty tenisowe: - recepcja wraz z zapleczem - 56 m² - korytarz z dwiema toaletami - 34,5m² - szatnia męska z toaletą - 36,84m² i natrysk - szatnia damska z toaletą - 13,5m² i natrysk - biuro - 8,56m² - pokój trenerów - 6,91m² - pomieszczenie socjalne - 4,4m² - korytarz - 6,47m² - wiatrołap - 3,15m² c) Lodowisko (usługa wykonywana w okresie od 1 listopada do 30 czerwca): - szatnia, podłoże gumowe - 80m² - hol górny - 40m² - hol dolny - 55m² - toalety, podłoże gumowe - 30m² - przedsionek przy wejściu - 9m² - szatnia pracownicza, kafle - 75m² - schody kafle -16m² - toalety w szatni, kafle -36m² - punkt medyczny, szatnia instruktorów - 16m²
