Description

Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wykonania następujących czynności zgodnie z Ustawą z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, Uchwałą nr XXXIII/347/26 Rady Miasta Zabrze z dnia 27 kwietnia 2026 r. w sprawie ogłoszenia tekstu jednolitego uchwały nr V/30/24 Rady Miasta Zabrze z dnia 24 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie miasta Zabrze oraz do wykonywania wszystkich obowiązków wytwórcy i posiadacza odpadów w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (t.j. Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587, z późn. zm.) i ma obowiązek zagospodarowania odpadów powstałych podczas realizacji niniejszego zamówienia, zgodnie z art. 16 - 31 tej ustawy oraz pokrywania kosztów utylizacji odpadów, zgodnie z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami. Wykonawca przedstawi Zamawiającemu na jego żądanie potwierdzenie faktu utylizacji odpadów, zgodnie z powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik 1 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
