Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zimowe utrzymanie dróg, chodników, ścieżek rowerowych, ciągów pieszo-rowerowych, parkingów gminnych i powiatowych na terenie gminy Brwinów w sezonie 2026/2027 wraz z oczyszczaniem pozimowym ulic, chodników, ciągów pieszo-rowerowych. 2. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu umowy obejmuje: 1) Zimowe utrzymanie dróg, ulic i chodników gminnych, określonych w załączniku nr 5.1 do SWZ: a) Zakres A (płużenie, sypanie), który obejmuje płużenie lub sypanie na drogach o długości 127 km i chodnikach i parkingach na pow. 55 000 m². Zamawiający może polecić Wykonawcy wykonanie na danym zakresie płużenia lub sypania, lub płużenia z sypaniem - w zależności od potrzeb i oceny warunków atmosferycznych. Czynności te będą rozliczone według cen jednostkowych określonych w formularzu ofertowym. b) Zakres B (płużenie), który obejmuje płużenie na drogach o długości 60 km. Zamawiający może polecić Wykonawcy na danym zakresie wykonanie także sypania na długości 40 km dróg - w zależności od potrzeb i oceny warunków atmosferycznych. Czynności te będą rozliczone według cen jednostkowych określonych w formularzu ofertowym. 2) Zimowe utrzymanie dróg powiatowych, określonych w załączniku nr 5.2 do SWZ: Zakres ten obejmuje płużenie lub sypanie na drogach o długości 40,004 km oraz chodników, ciągach pieszo-rowerowych, ścieżkach rowerowych i parkingach na powierzchni 45.788 m2 wraz z pozimowym sprzątaniem dróg, chodników, ścieżek rowerowych, ciągów pieszo-rowerowych i parkingów. Zamawiający może polecić Wykonawcy wykonanie na danym zakresie płużenia lub sypania, lub płużenia z sypaniem - w zależności od potrzeb i oceny warunków atmosferycznych. Czynności te będą rozliczone według cen jednostkowych określonych w formularzu ofertowym. 3) Pozimowe oczyszczanie ulic, chodników, ciągów pieszo-rowerowych na drogach gminnych i powiatowych według załącznika nr 5.1 i nr 5.2 do SWZ.
