Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo - kosztorysowej rozbudowy i przebudowy istniejącego budynku Miejskiej Hali Sportowej oraz budowy wolnostojącego podziemnego parkingu wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i komunikacyjną oraz przebudową drogi wewnętrznej przy al. św. Jana Pawła II 22 w Starachowicach” w ramach zadania: „Modernizacja Miejskiej Hali Sportowej” w dwóch etapach: a) ETAP I - Rozbudowa i przebudowa istniejącego budynku Miejskiej Hali Sportowej; b) ETAP II: Budowa wielopoziomowego parkingu przy istniejącym budynku Miejskiej Hali Sportowej, budowa wolnostojącego podziemnego parkingu oraz przebudowa drogi wewnętrznej na terenie Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnym nr 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia do opracowania projektowego określa załącznik nr 1. Przedmiotowy budynek po zrealizowaniu przeznaczony będzie dla wszystkich użytkowników, w tym również dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Ze względu na charakter czynności objętych zamówieniem Zamawiający nie wymaga zatrudniania osób biorących udział w realizacji zamówienia na podstawie umowy o pracę. W przypadku, gdy będzie to uzasadnione specyfiką przedmiotu zamówienia i Wykonawca powoła się na znak towarowy, patent lub pochodzenie (markę, producenta, dostawcę) materiałów oraz na normy, aprobaty, specyfikacje techniczne i systemy odniesienia, o których mowa w art. 99 ust. 1-7 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych, wówczas jest obowiązany wskazać w dokumentacji, że dopuszcza oferowanie materiałów lub rozwiązań równoważnych oraz zobowiązany jest doprecyzować zakres dopuszczalnej równoważności.
