1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: a) przetworzenie do postaci elektronicznej analogowych fotogrametrycznych zdjęć lotniczych w liczbie 50 000 sztuk +/- 10%: negatywów i diapozytywów na kliszach fotograficznych oraz odbitek na papierze w formacie maksymalnie 30 x 30 cm, zwanych dalej zdjęciami lotniczymi. Materiały mogą mieć postać pojedynczych klatek lub dłuższych fragmentów klisz zwiniętych w rolkę; b) pozyskanie i stworzenie metadanych opisujących zbiory danych dotyczące zdjęć lotniczych; c) nadanie zeskanowanym zdjęciom georeferencji i jej zapis w postaci plików TFW; d) sporządzenie sprawozdania technicznego z wykonanych prac, o których mowa w pkt a) - c). 2. Ze względu na konieczność przygotowania materiałów do wydania Wykonawcy zamówienie zostanie zrealizowane w czterech etapach, tj.: a) Etap I: skanowanie 10% danych; b) Etap II: skanowanie 20% danych; c) Etap III: skanowanie 30% danych; d) Etap IV: skanowanie 40% danych. 3. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
