Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania klasy zintegrowanej platformy wirtualizacyjnej, odpowiadającej funkcjonalnie rozwiązaniu VMware Cloud Foundation, wraz z Pakietem Wsparcia Producenta. 2. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej OPZ, stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot umowy obejmuje: a) Zamówienie podstawowe obejmuje zakup subskrypcji platformy wirtualizacyjnej VMWare vSphere Cloud Foundadtion lub równoważnej dla 144 procesorów wirtualnych (vCPU) wykorzystywanych przez Zamawiającego; b) Zamówienie opcjonalne obejmuje zakup subskrypcji platformy wirtualizacyjnej VMWare vSphere Cloud Foundadtion lub równoważnej dla 1504 procesorów wirtualnych (vCPU) wykorzystywanych przez Zamawiającego. 4. Zamawiający może skorzystać z prawa opcji poprzez złożenie Wykonawcy pisemnego oświadczenia o skorzystaniu z prawa opcji w terminie do dnia 30 listopada 2026 r. podstawowego.
