Dzierżawa wyposażenia oraz dostawa odczynników i materiałów zużywalnych niezbędnych do wykonywania badań z zakresu równowagi kwasowo-zasadowej na Bloku Operacyjnym Przedmiot zamówienia (dzierżawy) musi być fabrycznie nowy, urządzenia wyprodukowane w 2026 r., nieużywane, nie będące przedmiotem wystaw, badań naukowych, prac rozwojowych, usług badawczych, nie będące przedmiotem podemonstracyjnym i rekondycjonowanym, wcześniej nie wykorzystywane w jakimkolwiek celu przez inny podmiot, dopuszczony do obrotu i stosowania na terenie Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa; urządzenie kompletne, gotowe do użycia po zainstalowaniu bez konieczności dokonywania zakupów uzupełniających. W zakresie dzierżawy - urządzenia najnowsze technologicznie z oferty producenta, z programem w języku polskim nie starsze niż 2026 r.
