1.Przedmiot zamówienia: dostawa, instalacja i wdrożenie kostno-płucnego cyfrowego aparatu RTG wraz z wyposażeniem, przygotowaniem projektu osłon radiologicznych oraz wraz z przeszkoleniem personelu medycznego i technicznego oraz udzieleniem gwarancji, a także dokonanie prac adaptacyjnych pracowni. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera SWZ wraz z załącznikami, w szczególności z OPZ (parametry techniczne) i PPU. 3.Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. 4.Miejsce realizacji zamówienia: Narodowy Instytut Geriatrii, Reumatologii i Rehabilitacji. 5.Szczegółowe zagadnienia dotyczące terminu wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia, sposobu dostawy, przeszkolenia personelu zamawiającego oraz wykonania prac adaptacyjnych określa PPU i OPZ (parametry techniczne). Zamawiający zakłada realizację dostawy oraz prac adaptacyjnych w terminie do 12 tygodni od dnia zawarcia umowy. W przypadkach określonych w projekcie umowy (PPU) termin wykonania umowy może ulec zmianie. 6.Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert wariantowych. 11.Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8 ustawy Pzp. 12.Zamawiający nie przewiduje skorzystania z prawa opcji. 13. Sprzęt i oprogramowanie stanowiący przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i stosowania na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i spełniać odpowiednie wymagania określone w OPZ 14. Zamawiający informuje, że zgodnie z art. 91 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, udziela zamówienia w częściach, z których każda stanowi przedmiot odrębnego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia. Niniejsze zamówienie jest pierwszym z planowanych postępowań prowadzonych w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na dostawę urządzeń medycznych w 2026 roku. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1.Przedmiot zamówienia: dostawa, instalacja i wdrożenie kostno-płucnego cyfrowego aparatu RTG wraz z wyposażeniem, przygotowaniem projektu osłon radiologicznych oraz wraz z przeszkoleniem personelu medycznego i technicznego oraz udzieleniem gwarancji (24 miesiące - stanowi kryterium oceny ofert), a także dokonanie prac adaptacyjnych pracowni. Zamawiający wymaga aby wykonawca wskazał, czy dostarczane urządzenie ma charakter produktu ICT.
