Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup wyposażenia serwerowni, wyposażenia elektronicznego biurowego wraz z kompleksowym oprogramowaniem do prowadzenia archiwum cyfrowego, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SWZ - Oferta Cenowa oraz Załącznikiem nr 4 do SWZ - Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup niezbędnego sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem do obsługi i cyfryzacji archiwum. Zamówienie obejmuje dostawę, montaż, wdrożenie, szkolenie oraz zapewnieniem wsparcia technicznego i oraz gwarancji przez okres 36 miesięcy. Zamówienie obejmuje także dostarczenie licencji do oprogramowania będącego przedmiotem zamówienia. 3. Zadanie uzyskało dofinansowanie ze środków budżetu Województwa Śląskiego. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia realizowany jest w ramach dotacji celowej na zadanie inwestycyjne pn.: „Przebudowa obiektu - budynku Katowickiego Centrum Onkologii przy ul. Raciborskiej 26 w Katowicach z przeznaczeniem na archiwum szpitalne. Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne sprzętu określone zostały w Załączniku Nr 4 do SWZ. Zamawiający odstępuje od podziału zamówienia na części, którego przedmiotem jest dostawa oprogramowania do obsługi i cyfryzacji archiwum wraz z niezbędnym sprzętem, z uwagi na charakter zamówienia oraz konieczność zapewnienia jego spójnej i efektywnej realizacji. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia postępowania na podstawie art. 257 ustawy z dnia 11.09.2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane.
