Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa paliw płynnych w 2027 i 2028 roku. Postępowanie podzielone jest na dwie części: część 1 - dostawa oleju napędowego ON oraz benzyny bezołowiowej Pb 95, zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1a do SWZ, część 2 - dostawa oleju opałowego L1 zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1b do SWZ. Dostawy mają być realizowane zgodnie z opisami przedmiotu zamówienia oraz projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy, stanowiącymi załączniki nr 2a i 2b do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia w części 1 są sukcesywne, bezgotówkowe zakupy niżej wymienionych paliw płynnych do samochodów osobowych, dostawczych i ciężarowych oraz maszyn roboczych eksploatowanych przez Zakład Remontów i Konserwacji Dróg w Warszawie w 2027 i 2028 roku, w szacunkowych ilościach: a) olej napędowy ON, wg PN-EN 590:2022-08 lub równoważnej - 1 000 000 l (500 000 l w 2027 r. i 500 000 l w 2028 r.) b) benzyna bezołowiowa Pb 95, wg PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 lub równoważnej - 100 000 l (50 000 l w 2027 r. i 50 000 l w 2028 r.)
