Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ochrona fizyczna: a) obiektów ZRiKD oraz mienia ruchomego w tych obiektach przed kradzieżą, włamaniem, dewastacją, aktami wandalizmu; b) zapleczy budów oraz ciężkiego sprzętu znajdującego się na ulicach Warszawy, będącego własnością ZRiKD; c) ochrona bezpieczeństwa, życia, zdrowia i nietykalności cielesnej osób przebywających na terenie obiektów ZRiKD, wykonywana zgodnie z przepisami regulującymi wykonywanie usług ochrony, z zachowaniem należytej staranności. Usługa ochrony ma być realizowana zgodnie z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Ze względu na specyfikę przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiający na podstawie art. 121 pkt 1 i art. 60 pkt 1 ustawy Pzp zastrzega sobie obowiązek osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę (Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia) przedmiotu umowy w zakresie obowiązków ochrony fizycznej na posterunkach stałych, wyszczególnionych w „Wykazie oraz harmonogramie ochrony obiektów Zakładu Remontów i Konserwacji Dróg” stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do OPZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza udział Podwykonawców w zakresie przyjazdu grup interwencyjnych. Ponadto z uwagi na charakter i specyfikę usług ochrony osób i mienia Zamawiający do ochrony ZRiKD wymaga zatrudniania wyłącznie kwalifikowanych pracowników ochrony posiadających aktualne uprawnienia. Zamawiający nie wyraża zgody, aby pracownik ochrony skierowany do realizacji przedmiotowego zamówienia był osobą niepełnosprawną”.
