1) Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi: Usługa pn.: „Wielobranżowy nadzór inwestorski nad robotami budowlanymi dla zadania pn.: „Budowa zespołu budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i infrastrukturą techniczną w miejscowości Badowo-Dańki, ul. Mszczonowska, dz. ew. nr 74, obręb 0003 - ETAP II” 2) Wspólny Słownik Zamówień: Główny kod CPV: 71247000-1 - Nadzór nad robotami budowlanymi Dodatkowy kod CPV: 71520000-9 Usługi nadzoru budowlanego 3) Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: Świadczenie usług związanych z pełnieniem funkcji Inspektora nadzoru nad robotami budowlanymi dla zadania pn.: „Budowa zespołu budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i infrastrukturą techniczną w miejscowości Badowo-Dańki, ul. Mszczonowska, dz. ew. nr 74, obręb 0003 - ETAP II”, realizowanym na podstawie dokumentacji projektowej i opracowanej przez Pracownię Projektowania i Realizacji Maria Żurek Abramska wpisaną do Centralnej Ewidencji i informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, z siedzibą przy ul. Mariana Smoluchowskiego 10, 80-214 Gdańsk, NIP 5831017980, REGON 190497295 oraz decyzji pozwolenia na budowę nr RB.6740.1.142.2024 z 25 listopada 2024 r. oraz decyzji pozwolenia na budowę nr RB.6740.1.02.2025 z 08.01.2025 r. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje nadzór inwestorski w następujących specjalnościach: • konstrukcyjno - budowlanej, • instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń cieplnych, wentylacyjnych, wodociągowych i kanalizacyjnych, gazowych, • instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń elektrycznych i elektroenergetycznych, • instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń telekomunikacyjnych, • drogowej. 4) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają: - opis przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, - projektowane postanowienia umowy - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Pozostałe zgodnie z SWZ.
