Szczegółowe zestawienie asortymentu znajduje się w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym podzielonym na 18 pakietów: Pakiet nr 1 - Osprzęt do diatermii bowa, valleylab, erbe.
