1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) dostawa wyrobów medycznych dla Pracowni Kardiologii Inwazyjnej - cewniki balonowe, prowadniki, stenty, system naprawy zastawki mitralnej. Sondy i cewniki do obrazowania, system do atarektomii orbitalnej, zestawy do nakłucia transseptalnego, w ilości i wymaganiach określonych w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ, w zakresie pakietów 1-26. b) Dzierżawa systemu do ultrasonografii wewnątrznaczyniowej z pomiarem ffr - 2 sztuki dla UCK, zgodnie z opisem zawartym w Załączniku nr 4a do SWZ. c) Dzierżawa pompy do aterektomii orbitalnej - 1 sztuka dla UCK, zgodnie z opisem zawartym w Załączniku nr 4b do SWZ. d) Dzierżawa generatora rf do zabiegów laac - 1 sztuka dla UCK, zgodnie z opisem zawartym w Załączniku nr 4c do SWZ. e) Dzierżawa systemów do obrazowania wewnątrznaczyniowego OCT - 2 sztuki dla UCK, zgodnie z opisem zawartym w Załączniku nr 4d do SWZ. .
