Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa cewników i prowadników wraz z dzierżawą konsoli do zintegrowanego pomiaru OCT/FFR dla SPWSZ w Szczecinie. Jednocześnie brak sformułowania warunków udziału w postępowaniu, łatwość pozyskania podmiotowych środków dowodowych, wymaganych w postępowaniu w celu potwierdzenia braku podstaw do wykluczenia, przy jednoczesnym założeniu wykonywania zamówienia w ramach cyklicznych dostaw powoduje, że zaniechanie podziału zamówienia na części nie uniemożliwia ani nawet nie utrudnia ubiegania się o udzielenie zamówienia Wykonawcom z sektora MŚP. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 oraz 1A do SWZ. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia dla zadania nr 1 zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1/ 1A do SWZ i składa się z 3 pozycji
