Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zestawów do znakowania Ga-68 z generatora Ge-68/Ga-68 dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiany asortyment musi spełniać wymagania określone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z wymagań określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze Pakiety wskazane w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ, tj. Pakiet 1 i 2. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną ilość Pakietów. 4. Dostawy asortymentu realizowane będą na podstawie zamówień częściowych. Maksymalny termin dostawy wynosi 30 dni roboczych od dnia złożenia zamówienia. Zamawiany asortyment Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie dostarczyć na własny koszt do Apteki Szpitalnej UCK przy ul. Smoluchowskiego 17 w Gdańsku.
