Provision of telephone citizen service through the 1595 line

The Municipality of Athens is procuring services for handling telephone enquiries from citizens through the dedicated 1595 line. The contract also covers electronic assistance delivered through the digital communication applications used by the Municipality. The service provider will operate the 1595 hotline, answering citizens' questions and supporting them in their contact with the Municipality, and will handle requests and interactions arriving via the Municipality's digital channels. The procurement concerns a service covering both the telephone channel and the online communication applications, so that citizens can be informed and served consistently across all contact points operated by the Municipality of Athens.
