Для передачі Товару на автозаправних станціях (надалі - АЗС), Постачальник зобов’язується вчасно надавати Покупцеві діючі талони (надалі - довірчі документи) відповідно до умов Договору. Передача довірчих документів здійснюється Постачальником на підставі заявок Покупця, в яких зазначаються асортимент, обсяг поставки, номінал довірчого документу (10л та/або 20л), ціна. Постачальник протягом двох робочих днів з дати отримання заявки передає Покупцеві довірчі документи в кількості, що дозволяє отримати замовлений обсяг Товару. Постачальник забезпечує своєчасну доставку та передачу Покупцеві довірчих документів за адресою: пров.К.Тарловського, буд.1, м. Самар, Дніпропетровська обл. Покупець отримує Товар в порядку черговості транспортних засобів на відповідній АЗС на підставі пред’явлення діючих довірчих документів. Товар вважається переданим Постачальником і прийнятим Покупцем по кількості і якості з моменту закінчення заправки транспортних засобів Покупця на АЗС. Кожна АЗС забезпечує цілодобовий відпуск Товару. Постачальник має забезпечити Покупцю можливість отримати Товар по довірчим документам на щонайменше 1 (одній) АЗС в межах міста Самар, та щонайменше на 2 (двох) АЗС в межах міста Дніпро
