De aanbesteding ziet op het contracteren van één opdrachtnemer voor de levering van standaardsoftware, waaronder Microsoft-licenties, Adobe-licenties, overige softwarelicenties, gebruiksrechten, cloud-, hosting- en SaaS-diensten. De opdracht omvat daarnaast bijbehorende dienstverlening zoals licentieadvies, Software Asset Management, licentiemanagement, bestel- en contractadministratie, rapportages, verlengingen en facturatieafhandeling.
