Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development (BBSR) within the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR) procured a research project supporting the process of integrating urban and regional needs into the National and Regional Partnership Plan (NRPP) 2028-2034 for Germany. The project aimed to anchor integrated territorial approaches in the new German NRPP and contribute to cohesion. It comprised three work packages: analysis of integrated urban and spatial development in Germany and Europe, a federal and state-level support process, and results and recommendations. The project ran from 15 October 2026 to 31 March 2028. Bidding closed on 4 September 2026.

Description

Based on 14 awards with a named winner over the last 3 years. Counted by award, not by value, because lot and framework amounts are not comparable. Concentrated means the three most frequent winners took 65% or more of the awards; many suppliers, under 35% with at least ten different winners.

As the official award notices state them, over the last 3 years. Tenders per lot count open and restricted procedures only: in a negotiated procedure or a direct award a single tender is the procedure itself. The country is the one the notice gives for the winner.

One dot per award, on the day it was signed, sized by its value. A ring is an award with no published value.
