Закупівля проводиться у порядку відбору постачальника шляхом запиту пропозицій постачальників відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 (зі змінами та доповненнями) та пункту 8 Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Договір буде укладений відповідно до вимог Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» (зі змінами та доповненнями).
