Housing Management Agent Services

01

Old Etonian Housing Association is seeking a partner to fully outsource its housing management and maintenance services. The contract requires the successful tenderer to be a Registered Provider (RP). The appointed organisation will deliver financial services to OEHA and will carry out all housing management functions required under tenancy agreements. The scope therefore covers the complete housing management function, property maintenance services and associated financial services, all provided on behalf of the housing association. The procurement is directed at Registered Providers able to take over and operate these services as an external agent, replacing in-house delivery with a fully outsourced model.
