Le présent marché a pour objet de définir les conditions et modalités de réalisation de prestations relatives à l’Evolution de la passerelle d'interconnexion de la Gestion du Relayage des Alertes et Alarmes en Ligne (GRAAL) entre TETRA (RATP) et GSM-R (SNCF). Le présent marché prend la forme d’un Accord cadre à commandes mono-attributaire avec minimum et maximum en montant. Les prestations incluses dans le périmètre du présent marché sont décrites ci-dessous. Prestations au titre du montant minimum : - Réalisation de la passerelle d’interconnexion - Tierce Maintenance Applicative de type 1 pour une durée de deux (2) ans (mode forfait) - Réparation matérielle pour une durée de deux (2) ans - Formation des équipes pour un volume maximum de vingt (20) sessions Prestations au titre du montant maximum : - Prestations du Montant minimum - Tierce Maintenance Applicative de Type 1 pour une période supplémentaire d’un (1) à quatre-vingt-quatre (84) mois maximum (mode forfait ou mode UO) - Tierce Maintenance Applicative de Type 2 : Intégration TETRA vers MCx pour un volume maximum de quatre-cent-cinquante (450) jours/hommes et travaux d’intégration GSM-R vers FRMCS pour un volume maximum de de quatre-cent-cinquante (450) jours/hommes - Réparation matérielle pour une durée maximum de sept (7) ans (reconductibe par période d’un (1) an) - Formation des équipes pour un volume maximum de quatre-vingts (80) sessions - Prestations complémentaires : expertise ponctuelle pour un volume maximum de vingt (20) jours et assistance à la demande en HNO pour un volume maximum de vingt (20) astreintes - Réversibilité
