Pour ses activités de recherche, qui visent à développer les technologies FDSOI 10 nm et au-delà, le CEA-Leti souhaite acquérir un équipement de caractérisation in-line Raman pour l’analyse par spectroscopie de wafers de 200 et 300 mm de diamètre. L’équipement doit permettre la caractérisation fiable et précise d'une large gamme de matériaux, et de différents types de wafers. Le système requis peut être neuf ou d'occasion. Le marché envisagé comprend les options facultatives suivantes : OPT1 : Échangeurs de chaleur / refroidisseurs (§3.2.6 du cahier des charges) OPT2 : Transformateur d'alimentation électrique (§4.1.4 du cahier des charges) OPT3 : Formation de maintenance de 1er niveau (§9 du cahier des charges) OPT4 : Formation de maintenance de niveau avancé (§9 du cahier des charges) OPT5 : Extension de garantie 1 an supplémentaire ((§11.1 du cahier des charges) OPT6 : Le prix du transport, assurance comprise, selon les conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Convention Incoterms ICC 2020).
