The CEA-LETI research institute in France intends to purchase a 300 mm physical vapour deposition (PVD) metal deposition system to support its research on 10 nm FD-SOI technologies and beyond. The system must be multi-chamber with at least 5 deposition chambers, a vacuum transfer platform, a dedicated oxidation chamber, a pre-cleaning chamber and a degassing module, with a load port for at least 3 FOUPs. The contract includes a mandatory one-year warranty extension option and optional items such as heat exchangers, a power transformer and maintenance training courses.
